Has anyone considered cryptocurrency mining with their free solar energy to supplement their income?

I have a Rellie who did some mining for awhile.   He rented a warehouse to get access to 3 Phase power.    I imagine a Solar installation big enough to support mining would cost way more than the value of any coins mined.

Especially now when the strike has been just about played out. More and more miners digging for a steadily reducing number of tokens.
