I have finally had a week of no issues!!! Feel so much better and so alive, however the past couple of months has really allowed me to reflect on my own self care practices and how mindfulness plays such a big component in me staying sane during stress as well as allows me to connect on a deeper level with self and the earth! So I thought a mindfulness vlog was the way to go! Would love to know if anyone else uses mindfulness in their daily lives?
