A week into our away trip north for warmer weather the pump kept turning on !!!OHHH no that means one thing ! Found the leak one I wore bare feet !! The outside shower fitting is leaking !! Seems the fittings have been over tightened and cracked. They where replaced two or three years ago ! Anyway $30 to replace L push on fittings . Hopefully fixed . Cant see any other leaks !! There always seems something when camping or boating !! Thank goodness after rainy night sun is up good and BRIGHT !
Some years back we camped beside a small, cheap, 5th wheel in a campground in the USA. We got to know the couple while we were there. She wanted to go RVing. He didn't. So he purchased a cheap RV in the hope that she would get sick of the idea and that he would have lots of jobs to do fixing it up. It certainly kept him busy as he had all but rebuilt it. Method in his madness?
Just as an aside. We got talking about the American obsession with guns. He invited me inside their RV. Lifted the double bed up. And under that bed was 40 to 50 guns of all types. Including an assault machine gun.
