Late last week I ordered an LED light for my van from caravanparts.com.au. BTW they were less than half the price of some.

Adout lunchtime oday I logged on to check status and the system indicated dispatched.  So checked the tracking number and it didn't work. e.g. no record.

So I flicked off the question via email just asking for the correct number.

Lo, and behold got an email this evening explaining might not have hit the P.O. Yet

Anyway checked & its on the way, so I was a bit quick off the mark. Just great to get a response that made sense within a sensible time frame. 

 Service these days is a bit thin on the ground. But I'll use them again. :)
