Is there a GPS device or app that will allow you to input your vehicle height, and then direct you to avoid any roads that would be unsuitable. I am an avid user of Google Maps, but from what I can tell, it has no capability to provide this? I also have a TomTom GPS, and the same from what I can see?
Any I know that will steer you around low bridges do it with a simple entry where you declare your rig as a truck. They are supposed to route you away from places a regulation maximum size truck will not fit. Is not that good enough for you. You find them marketed as truck GPS navigators.
