Annex Matting

Looking for a good solution for matting. I have had a look at the C Gear mats and was wondering if there is anything else it ther.

I have tried a couple of different ones but have had the Cgear now for 4 years and still performing great. I would replace with another without hesitation. They are light weight as well.

Keep safe on the roads and out there.

Consider one of these:

Annex mats

One third of the price of the Cgear and when I compared the two side-by-side in the store I could not see any difference. I have had one for about 2.5 years and it's been in use almost every day on forest floors and is still as good as new.

I have two types . Not sure on brand . One Is like double shade cloth . Which I use in Sandy or grass areas as it doesnt kill the grass as quick as the other rubber type mat I put over concrete or hard ground . Although it has holes in it ? It doesnt let sand through like the woven shade cloth !! Or sun to keep grass growing .

 Mike

That link takes me to my account so I can't see which mat you are recommending.

From your comment about price I think that it is the Camec line.

Is that correct?

Aldi has the shade cloth style for sale now. $20.

Personally I now use shade cloth I was given. Cheap and cheerful.

Yes, the link points to the Camec products.

I carry about 12 of those to stop rubbing of stuff carried in the en-suite & often use them at the entry with or without the 20 year old shadecloth floor.  (Got another 20 or so in the shed that I picked up cheap)

Easy to put out if doing one of those infrequent overnighters & good in wet or sandy locations too.

I have a couple of 'rubber like' Aldi mats & they are a PITA.  Rubbish, just like their privacy screens.
