I had a water flow problem in my van a while ago after it was not used for a while. It turned out to be blocked filters, the ones about the size of a five cent piece which screw on the end of the tap itself. They all had a calcite or sand build up. Washed them out and bingo.

I had the same problem, but only after I had replaced the anode in the hot water system and given it a good flush out.
More careful how I do this now.
