How not to lock yourself in with the hourglass door


So here is the door beware it will jam closed/locked if you touch the horizontal lever in the process of locking yourself in at night

With the door split you can see the offending lever red ( it looks orange in the photo)

That happened to the Mrs once, same door. Lucky or is it unlucky bit of swearing got her out. Lol.

But we put it down to buggered lock. Had it replaced and so far so good. Spring inside was broken.
