From about the start of the lock down crisis we have been more then normal careful about our eating habits.
My lastest plan is to serve up smaller meals eg not 2 eggs just one egg, halved the meat quantity and trying to be more conscious of eating slower.
My only downfall so far is pasta dishes, I generally finish the pot, mostly because I really enjoy the spinach, tomato or zucchini vegetable styled pasta. We are trying ever so hard to prepare just enough food for one sitting.
My lastest trick is because I am feeling well, I have reduced my weight from sub 80kgs to less then 78kgs, I have stopped standing on the scales every week worrying about my weight.
