Silverline Caravan 2020. The Lippert Sway Command is not working.

Hi to all. The Lippert Sway Command was working, but stated flashing Green then off. Has anyone had this problem ?

They Lippert say not all brake controllers are compatible, has anyone had this experience please And know the solution.
