Ever since they installed those big fans up on the hill it's become even windier.

Who's bright idea was that?

I've noticed that when they're off, we get a nice calm spell.

Please turn them off - at least on weekends.

Yep.
You can bet your left one that if you see a wind farm that its a very windy place alright.
