I'm replacing my house batteries same for same , do I have to isolate solar panels before disconnecting. Thanks

 As a person with no Qualifications 

That is a big Yes.

Read your manual about your regulater, if don't have one, obtain a down load from the net.

When doing work on solar systems the instructions given in the handbook for the different controllers is:

Disconnect the panels fires, then any loads that are attached to the Load terminals, then it is safe to disconnect the battery. Have a look for this in your controllers handbook.

To restore the system, reverse the operation.

Depending on the controller, reconnection can be more critical than disconnecting.
It is important that the controller learns if the battery is 12V or 24V before the panels try and charge it.
Read the manual.
