well funny that, I had 3 lights, 2 failed quickly and replaced, totally free, no argue, no return, no freight. The third one then failed a fair while later,(out of warranty) but at about 40% of their claimed life hours. I wrote to the manufacturer, and no response at all. I then wrote to reduction revolution and within 2 hours, " please confirm your details and we will replace", different brand, as 1st supplier was not much chop.

I was just peeved that these led energy saving expensive globes had failed well below their claimed working hours. My Grandmother had a 40w globe under an eave from 1938 until early 1980's which was from minus 10 up to plus 45 C.

And yes the light says " Keep your eye on the Red and The Blue, go Dees
