Does anyone know the name of the colour of the caravan drawbar? I have been touching up the rust spots on the drawbar of our 2019 Retreat Fraser and what I thought was a close match from Bunnings is way off (Metallic Grey). Please don't say, "GREY" as there are about 39485674932040586 shades of grey in Bunnings!

A caravan manufacturer would use "Cheap Grey".......... in other words the only way to match it is to take a sample to the shop and compare or get some mixed to match ....otherwise repaint the whole tow bar in a "grey" of your liking......KB
I'd like to know how the OP counted '39485674932040586' different shades.
He picked a random number from Pi.
The string 39485674 occurs at position 17534561. This string occurs 1 times in the first 200M digits of Pi. counting from the first digit after the decimal point.
...932040586 is probably fictitious!

After numerous trips Bunnings and home lid comparisons, Dulux Zinc Galv is the closest match I could find. Thanks everyone for your advice.
I recently touched up our 2016 Retreat Frasers A frame as well as everything underneath in preparation to sell it. I also ended buying the Dulux Zinc Galv from Bunnings and although it didnt quite match the original colour it looked ok because I had to do most of the chasis anyhow. The original painting on the G&S chasis looked ordinary and there was lots of surface rust that I had to remove prior to repainting it. We are expecting delivery of a new van in April and have added lots of options to it unfortunately a hot dipped galvanised chassis wasnt one of them - after looking at the Retreat after only 5 years (never off the tar) I now regret not spending that extra $1800 especially as we only live a couple of KMs from the beach.

My 2018 Fraser chassis also looked sh!t after just two seasons. The cold gal undercoat was so thin every stone chip went down to bare metal.
Don't be so hasty to go full hot dip gal. When we bought ours, Gus from G&S told me it adds 300+kg weight to an off-road chassis because the hot gal wont completely drain from the insides of the beams when its dipped.
I am a bit late commenting on this post but it might help others. I have a Galaxy caravan that at the time was being built by the same crowd as Retreat and they gave me a can of chassis touch up paint. It is Arjantes brand and the colour is Silver Alloy. Cant buy it from a retailer so you need to find out who your local wholesaler is as they only sell to the trade theoretically. I hope that helps someone
