Replacing the perspex in a jayco motorhome entrance door

Our Jayco Conquest has a large split in the entrance door window which needs to be replaced.  Would appreciate any advice on how to go about removing and replacing the perspex as there are no caravan repairers nearby.

Many thanks in advance.

When you work out how to take it apart, replace it with a piece of tinted polycarbonate instead of Perspex (acrylic), and you will never break it again.
The acrylic is easily broken, even when cutting it to fit.
Cheers,
Peter
