Mercedes Sprinter Diff Oil Change

Hi, I have a 2013 4cyl Turbo Diesel 316 model with 195,000km on the clock and to date the manual gearbox oil and rear diff oil hasn't been changed.

Does anyone know the frequency of servicing the manual trans and diff for this model?. I phoned Adelaide Mercedes service dept and got more sense from my dog. They showed no interest whatsoever. I also phoned a reputable service outlet in Adelaide however no call back as yet. I did ask them if they could do the job however as I'm not a regular customer they were not interested so have to do it myself.

My glove box manual has a reference to 10 years or 320,000km which seems way to long in my view?

Also recommended grade and type of oil would be appreciated, thanks
