Can someone tell me the name of the part that fits on the metal bar in the shower on which the shower rose and hose attaches. It is that thing that can slide up and down and also moves side to side with the shower rose attached.
The end on my present one has broken off internally and as a result the shower rose and hose just slides down to the base.
Cant help with a name, but an idea may be to take a picture of it with your phone & then show the pics at where you go to to try & get another one. Just an idea!

Imagine how much it would cost if it was a brand name usually used in caravan fittings and you had to purchase it through a caravan spare parts supplier.
A couple of cable ties, I often find them on the road, would have done the trick!
At the other end of the spectrum, we had to replace the pneumatic button on our Grohe toilet, it was installed by the previous owners of the property. Can't get individual sub parts so it was either use a bucket or cough up $204 for the new pneumatic button.
