In our recent travels I helped a couple change over a rear tyre/wheel on a Tandem Caravan.
I noticed on the backing plate of the wheel assembly an arm for the caravan hand brake and of course it was not connected since its only connected on the front wheels of Tandems.
Was told that the Electric Brake/Backing Plate Kits Without the Park Brake arm can be up to double the price and some outlets do not sell them.
Our Tandem Van has the set up Without the Park Brake arm on the rear wheels/electric Brake/Backing Plates. For a possible future changeover, If I purchase the unit with the parking brake arm, should this arm be just left alone/cut off/ or ... or...
