Swagman motorhome best process of polishing for protection.

Hi, we have a Swagman signature with it looks to me like fibreglass exterior panels.i would like to polish the outside up mostly for protection against elements and good looks.what would be the best products and technique for such?

thanks for your wisdom in advance.

Boat cutting and polishing compound . Then a good wax to protect . Graphite, ceramic for longer protection . I carry a bottle of wax / polish and use it on micro cloth to
dry off water . Then when really dry wipe over with another clean dry micro cloth . Or just leave a little on there. Especially in the white areas . I cannot think of the brands ? Unfortunately the better are more expensive ! Ive bought from
US .

I used a twin pack, step 1 and step 2 to rejuvenate my Fibreglass Van that was looking a shabby and dry after years of UV. Worked very well, and now I just apply a little of the Step 2 polishing cream now and then. I think if you use any cutting compound you need to be carefull you dont strip off the Gelcoat. For an RV/Van in good nick just the Step 2 Polish should be a good preventative.

Yes the marine type is very light in the cutting dept . I used an elect polisher . Hard work but got it done in no time . Mine has rubber type roof and found the oxygenated deteriation was running down the sides leaving a white chalky coat on paint . So I sealed roof and painted it !! Made a big difference! Protected roof big time ! Up there you dont see any UV damage till its too late . I polish sides pretty much every wash now ! Could be weekly or 3 months ?

Snowy River caravans use a fibreglass exterior coating and here is a link to their maintenance advice.
