Go to the top of your screen, place the cursor inside the address bar, and then click the URL. It should now be highlighted. If not, type Ctrl-A.

Now type Ctrl-C to copy the highlighted URL to your clipboard.

Switch the focus to your GN post and type Ctrl-V to paste the clipboard contents into your composition window.

Alternatively you could r-click and select Copy or Paste as appropriate.

I prefer to use the 'share' option if it's available to cut and paste the URLs. Sometimes the address in the address bar shows the main page and not the component of the page that the user is viewing.

It's then just adding and before and after the URL after pasting into the GN's text interface.

Working fine Craig.

The link is a better resource than a cut and paste.

At least all members can see the entire article and not just selected text from the link.

Having said that, many articles from FB are better copied and pasted as many on here have an aversion to the social media giant.
