Having had a CABGX4 my Cardiologist advised me to sleep on RH side.
Reasoning; The pressure relief of right-side sleeping regulates blood flow, which stabilizes the heart rate and blood pressure. Whether you're suffering from a heart condition or not, a stable heart rate and blood pressure can help you sleep and improve overall health.
Theres some evidence that sleeping on your left side may shift your heart and disrupt your hearts electrical current. Also, many people with heart failure report having trouble breathing in this position.
Sleeping on your back can worsen sleep apnea and snoring.

On your back is bad for the snore factor, also gives me stupid dreams. But a crook left shoulder stops that mostly, but left is better for heartburn/ reflux.
My upper back specialist said " on your back boy " is best.
