Typical Australian politician knee-jerk vote grabbing reaction - remember 1996 anyone?

And of course everyone hates people who can afford Lamborghinis so how could such a law be wrong?

I use to own a Hyundai Getz which had a book speed of 184kph and I took it to 165kph before running out of road so I'm sure their claim is accurate - no doubt the HSV type vehicles can do well in excess of 200kph so what are they going to do: make a special licence for everyone?

Make a law against it and all will be solved... the modern Australian way.
