Your LiFePO4 batteries terminal voltage will drop rapidly after charging so ignore the 14.1v reading. At 13.2v they could be anywhere between 70% and almost 90% but because the charging and discharging profile is so flat you cant really use the voltage as an indication of their state of charge. in all probability your solar controller and/or BMS have been set so the batteries are not charged to 100%.
What is your battery voltage the following morning with the fridge on all night?
Wiring in a shunt will give you an indication of the power consumption from the battery and the power produced by your solar system.
Right at this moment I am currently charging my battery cells to 3.65v per cell or 14.6v for the battery when I put it back together. One it has finished charging the voltage will drop rapidly at first and then settle at about 13.4v.
thanx for the help/replies , every things working fine , the turning down of the thermostat from 5 to 2 has the fridge cycling , batteries were 13.6 in morning , but thats at 8 am .
Hi Mike I think you will find that it is not a thermostatic dial and that Bazz has turned the dial down to 2 from 5. Zero or 1 being cold and 5 being the coldest.
It is always best to put a thermometer on the top shelf.
