Q2 - no but check the sacrificial anode every few months
Q3 - Not sure.
What do you want to filter? Filters will not remove viruses or chemicals, they may a bit but not reliably. Bore water *probably* only has minerals in it which may detract from its taste, add some salt and lemon juice to mitigate taste issues.

I was raised on a bore property on far North Western NSW - the only consequence of note was Mum's shampoo lathered so much better than town water, in fact I would always take her kegs of it when she was living in town.
Usually the "taste" would evaporate from the bore water if it is left to stand for a while.

It is the presence of minerals in water that will damage Hot Water Heaters,
Cartridge filters will not filter dissolved minerals. To filter dissolved minerals it will take a Reverse Osmosis Filter.
Bore water can vary greatly in minerals between locations. The affects of the water on any system will be local according to the waters composition.
Cartridge filters although not being able to filter dissolved minerals may be an advantage if the water source has solid particles.
Q2 In some cases yes if compared to clean neutral PH water
Q3 Yes but only solids not dissolved minerals and depending on the filter some may help to correct unsanitary water.
As a side note, drain and flush the HWS as regularly as you can and dont have it set any hotter than is absolutely needed. You might want to flush it with a mild solution of phosphoric acid but personally I dont think it is worth the hassle.

Q1
A Truma RV hot water service is not sold as a 24 hour 7 day a week full time hot water service. Recreational use only
Q2
No idea, we run any available clean water from town water supplies, ours Truma 14 litre is now 10 years old and has a very small leak and over the Christmas break will be replaced.
Q3, Bore water is often contaminated by iron oxide, filthy brown stuff and not easy to filter, needs to be aearated at a minimum. Bore pump manufacturers usually will not warrant damage from bore water either. So short term use and flush with clean water.
