Now he has trouble getting employees, I wonder why.

Rather than reducing breaks, they could push the aircraft onto the runway to save fuel. Far more cost effective, but the aeroplane pushers will need a few more salmonella infested sandwiches for the energy run back to push out the next aeroplane. They show take it easy in Mondays as that is when there are more work related injuries.
