We love those old Furphy water carriers, we've seen some great ones on our travels.
We knew a local property owner that had a beauty, they used to breed Clydesdale horses
One of the most memorable experiences that I've ever had was being privileged to see a Clydesdale foal born.

They have always been " desirable" to folk who had the money to pay for them as decor garden pieces.

We used to attend clearing sales in the 70's and 80's and they were always out of our price range.

Crazy money, just because it has a " Furphy Pump " fitted, a rare model only made for 2 different years.

I have a back end of a Laughton brand, made here in Albury.
