Never made a New Year's Resolution, never will - they are a good way of setting yourself up to fail and thus confirming to yourself you can't do whatever it was.
If you *really* want to do something (eg. stop smoking) then you'll do it when you're ready, you don't need to wait for 1st January.

I'm not a resolution type of person but for the 10 years prior to the pandemic we spent a total of 6 months away camping in the bush every year. This year we spent 3 months away, I'd love to build that figure back up to 5-6 months in 2023. That's if we can find somewhere interesting out there that hasn't been flooded, burnt out or doesn't have a mosquito plague.
