We have a problem with the bracer slide on the arms it kept jumping out of the track over the grub screw so we replaced it with a tek screw.
Problem is when we were putting away the awning, as it got close to the van the damn thing jumped out and went all the way down and jammed in the bottom
Got it out and back in the track but it needs a permanent fix
As the arm is jumping the track over the grub screw, it may be you need to remove the tekscrew, gently close up the track the arm is coming out of, and replace the tekscrew with a new grub screw. Then check that the fitting that slides in the track isnt damaged, or need replacement.
If that doesnt work, it may require replacement of the arm, the fitting that fits in the track, or the leg.
