Recently had a problem with water ingress thru the bass of my Winsig,ariel I called Andrew from winsig and explained the problem.After listening to my concern Andrew explained that there had been a QC problem with early makes of his ariel,and that he would replace mine free of charge,apologies for any inconvenience and this week 6/03/23 a new ariel arrived.Great service for a aussie product from an aussie company,I should say a very good product it's a great ariel,if anyone is looking to replace there van tv ariel or install a new one look no further good price also very easy to retrofit also.
No possum3 I noticed some rust colour on base of ariel and that while away on last trip I was having problems tuning in ,,when I removed it I found rust inside so called Andrew at winsig explained problem and he said yes there had been a problem ,and said they he would replace it which he did .Yes great service.
