It must be very hard for Putin to decide which way to spin his lies. Ukraine is saying nothing, so the ball is with Putin. If he says that Ukraine shot down the aircraft, then he's making the enemy look good. Otherwise, if he says that the downing of the aircraft was the result of friendly fire, then he's making the Russians look bad.
