Lightning Ridge to gold coast

Hi we are travelling from Lighting ridge to the gold coast but want to avoid, if possible, very steep roads and winding roads. Could anyone advise the best way to go, and if it involves any steep  and winding roads what are they like. Thank you

Gwyder Hgw to Newell Hgw (NSW) up to Goondiwindi (Qld), Gore Hgw to Gowrie, Warrigo Hwy/Logan Mtway to Gold Coast - You have to cross blue mtns but at easiest point.
