Campervan Rental in France?

The Boss and I are hoping to spend some time in Europe next year and were thinking of renting a Campervan in France.

The rental market looks like a bit of a mine field!

Does anyone have any experience of renting in France?  Good companies.

Just after a small campervan with shower/toilet.  Nothing too big.

Fiat Ducato or similar.  They seem popular in Europe.
