I know we have a recall section, but this is surely an example of " payin your money and takin your chances "

Affected units - 69

 

What are the defects?

Due to a manufacturing defect, the hose connecting fuel tank may become damaged and corroded due to contact against the high voltage battery cover. If this occurs, fuel may leak in the presence of an external ignition source resulting in a vehicle fire.


What are the hazards?

A vehicle fire could increase the risk of injury or death to vehicle occupants, other road users or bystanders and/or damage to property.
