Starlink again

Thinking of getting starlink but just want to check a few things any users may be able to help me with 1: can you make and receive phone calls with it? ie my satellite phone will not be necessary? 2: will it support Kayo (I am a sports viewing addict) 3: will it work in full cloud. Thanks in advance

Thats a yes to all your questions.

Ive been running starlink now for around 4 months in remote outback WA without any real issues.

With full cloud cover you may get a few dropouts but for a couple seconds only

Ive run Kayo over it without problems and also have made and received phone calls onver it using BOOST

I can recomend it

Hi Bob. Could you please explain to me how you set up to receive phone calls through it. I understand you can make wi-fi calls from your mobile
but can you also recieve by Wi-fi. I always thought I could only ring out through this system.
cheers Dave.

If voice over wi-fi is enabled on your phone then it should just work.  Your phone is connected to your carrier's network over wi-fi.  I have found SMS messages to be unreliable on occasions, and it wasn't clear whether that was the fault of the phone or the carrier, but voice hasn't been a problem.
