Trouble is its hard to know what day it is . Know when its Thursday here . The garbo truck does its rounds . Yes 40 kph in school zones on weekends !! Just to annoy ., Unlike me to piss someone off ! Lol no such thing as safe speed !
We need to know what day it is so that we don't bugger it up like I did.
Ordered some stuff from a Bendigo business - All good.
They sent me a text to indicate that the goods were in - All good.
Went into Bendigo to pick up said stuff, business locked up as tight as a drum. Rattling the door etc. no joy!
Then I noticed the sign "Closed Sundays"
They sent me a text Saturday morning (many busineeses in Bendigo still shut at 12-1300 on Saturdays).
I thought it was Friday I received the text, so Saturday 0930 I go in to pick up stuff. Discover it is actually Sunday and think damn. Good job I didn't set off alarm!
But I had! Silent alarm!
Some serious explaining to do! Showed the lovely police officers the text and explained things, all had a good laugh "eventually" and off I went home tail between legs eating humble pie.
