Last week we turned onto Henry Lawson Drive heading to Grenfell. We had a Slim Dusty CD playing ( yes we still go that way ), and up popped his song
" Henry Lawson's Pen " , about him visiting Grenfell and finding an old pen beside the Memorial.
So, we visited the Memorial, there is a nice 99 year old gum planted there and a series of plaques about Henry and Grenfell. Also had a look at the Silos, pretty flash.
