Whilst I agree in principle to the idea of all surgeons having full medical degrees, if the podiatrists performing these "operations" are licenced to an acceptable standard, then I don't see a problem. One doesn't require a degree in arboriculture to mow the lawn.

arboriculture-

Dont know Possum,
Reported last night that a tree that split in half, fell onto house and car, had been inspected 7 times in 9 years and was found to be all good by a Council in Australia.

Somehow a fail of a degree.

Did the Council Inspector/s have arboriculture degrees? Or were they mowing contractors?

Cannot for the life of me remember the actual Council, but clearly stated to A Current Affair that " Council has inspected this tree 7 times since 2012 and found it to be in good condition with no defects and no need to remove "

Despite hacking the guts out for power line and repeatedly being requested to remove it.
