Due to a manufacturing issue, the fuel hose may chafe against the engine oil level bracket and become damaged, said the company in its recall notice.

If this occurs, fuel may leak in the presence of an external ignition source resulting in a vehicle fire.

The related Isuzu D-Max is also being recalled for the same issue.
