KFC is not what it was back in the 70's and 80's.
Now it is like biting into a bucket of lard.
I think the stuff in the foreground would actually taste better than KFC

It got on the banned list a few years ago.

They should sell funeral insurance as well as that stuff cannot be good for the heart.
Whilst on cortisone and ill a while back I put on a terrible amount of weight and topped at 104.4 KG.
That was depression level stuff, now down to 87 and hoping for 85 max by mid March ready for an over 60's cricket tournament at Echuca, then would like to be around 80 KG by the end of the year.
A simple formula, simply cut back on sugar, chocolate etc, sugary drinks and a few other food items, including KFC and the other fat bombs littering the roadsides.
Substitute one of the weight loss shakes instead of lunch in the middle of the day and just a healthy meal at night seems to work.

KFC is banned, I have often wondered how it would have tasted using a yard chook and not those puffy chemical filled feedlot things they pass off as chooks?
