Antenna tv

The TV antenna on our motorhome has been damaged. It was a wingaurd type. What have people replaced it with? Peter

Best antenna is Wingard Sensar HV.
We use RV Parts express for Antenna parts and complete unit see www.rvpartsexpress.com.au/winegard-freevision-sensar-hv-antenna.html.%20%20Shop_All-Products_High_ROAS600%25&utm_term=4584138879119956&utm_content=Products%20By%20Product%20Group

 Great suggestion.

Just be sure that there is space for the new (larger) antennas to lie flat on the roof.

Not enough room on mine as they fowl the Air Conditioner box, so I am stuck with the previous model & as a result have difficulty with vertical oriented signals.

But I have a fix.

I just hang the antenna head over the edge of the roof & disconnect one of the two arms by removing the axel pin.  This allows the antenna head to be pushed into the vertical.  I stop the disconnected arm from dragging on the roof with a short strap onto the other arm.

A PITA but it works.

 The WinSig would fit
