Hi folks. Has anyone used the NEW Gen y 4000kg torsion hitch especially downsized for use on Australian delivered Labdcruisrrs Patrols etc. only been available here for a month or two. Thanks

I would imagine this to be an acceptable hitch if towing a van behind a truck, with rigid chassis/tray. Absolute overkill on a Cruiser or Patrol.
The price is in my mind too expensive for little gain on any SUV or Ute type vehicle.

I agree with Possum. Great for a truck with very rigid suspension but a complete waste on any of the common 4WD's. And at that price absolutely would not be on my radar.
