We have a power star solar system working lights on our van that has suddenly started to turn off. This also turns off the fridge which is in AC power. Any ideas why this would be happening? Camping at the beach and hoping to find an electrician soon. Thanks.

Ok a Powerstar is a solar controller but can you give us the model number. It should have nothing to do with your fridge if it is running on AC power unless your fridge is running off an inverter and the battery has gone flat. So we need a little more information on your set up and what is happening.
Nothing to do with your AC power to your fridge not working unless you have an inverter but if your solar controller is not working you may have a fuse between your controller and battery.
