We were in Mackay Sat, ended up going to Kings to look at a smaller car fridge because the fridge we have will fit but its a little too big for the Haval.
We ended up buying a 20l car fridge with cover plus a Lithium Battery (153.6Wh/13Ah@12V/48000Ah@3.2V) for $268.00.
The battery is charged via a USB to USB C cable, from straight out of the box to fully charged took about 8 hours.
After it was charged I disconnected the USB cable and plugged in the cig lighter from the fridge as it powered up it showed temp was 29 degrees I set the thermostat to 6 degrees. After 7 hours the empty fridge was at 6 degrees and the battery was reduced to 1 indicator light on and the 2nd was blinking, at a guess it may have had a 33% state of charge left.
My assumption is the battery would last longer with an allready cold fridge 75% full.
THere was a warning in the manual not to leave the battery on charge when fully charged or leave on charge when not supervised. Sound smart to considering the number of lithium battery fires that are occuring.

That suggests that this battery is NOT LiFePO4, but some other lithium chemistry (there are about 6). I would not touch it with a barge pole.
13Ah is very small for any fridge. I reckon it will use power faster than you can charge the battery,

Might be worthwhile looking at my 28L fridge wattage test. I did extensive testing. All the fridges about 20 to 40L will have pretty much the same energy consumption. The Waeco fridges larger than mine, their compressor is barely any larger than my 28L fridge.

You can get down to 13AH per 24 hours but it's going to require a lot of additional insulation.
