Needed some top dressing and some firewood yesterday so hooked up the trailer to my AWD vehicle and off I went.
Hot home and decided Id unload it later in the week. Drove across the front grass and turned right up a slight slope and then the wheel spinning started. It wasnt going anywhere. Bugga.
Disconnected the trailer car still stuck.
Grass is incredibly wet and soggy so one option was to leave both there for a week and try again.
Not the best option.
Looked online and the local Supercheap had these on special for half price
Anaconda have similar ones for $110 a pair. I bought 2 pairs for $99 a pair years ago. Never actually used them, but we wouldn't have gone where we did without them. Also have tow sling & 20m extension. I did tow a truck off wet grass loaded with 3 tonnes of old roof tiles in our street.

I had a similar problem at home a while back. I did all my usual stuff like diff locker, reducing air pressure, branches under tyres, rocking back/forth etc. Luckily I wasn't too far from the house so I hiked back up and brought back some lengths of old carpet to put under the tyres and that did the trick. I then had to use multiple tow straps to recover the trailer.
I've also now bought recovery boards, plus bought a winch. I've also installed a winch on the quad bike.
