As a person with a lot of shares in insurance. I am glad the insurance companies are taking it seriously. Luckily companies have a duty to their shareholders.

Wouldn't want dividends being paid unnecessarily to the increasing number of uninsurable locations.

Sanger's own religious bias is clearly exposed by the preface to Wikipedia's article. He seems to be peeved that Wikipedians don't devote any special reverence to his preferred deity.

On the subject of "systemic bias in favor of liberals and Democrats against conservatives and Republicans", let's not forget that you are the one who made the bizarre claim, in that other forum, that Wikipedians were conspiring to darken Trump's White House mugshot. Bwahaha!

That post is a good example of selective bias. Sanger was noting the lack of references to Christian and Judaism in THAT article only. It was not about pumping his personal deity. He acknowledged that it was mentioned in other articles. That being the case, it is irrelevant. What is more scientific and important is the comprehensive analysis if wikis bias. Proven by fact. Re Trump, who I personally dislike is exactly what America needs at this time. No one can argue with his five pillars of MAGA. youll probably try. And fail. BTW, is your handle a reflection of your personality? Seems so.

Wikipedia devotes a whole topic to Christians and Yahweh, and another whole topic to Jews and YHWH. That's perfectly fine by me.

And nobody needs Trump, least of all America. In 10 years' time China will be at the top and MAGA will be a forgotten fantasy.

If I had my life over again, I would be like Dorian Gray, or Trump for that matter. All my life I've been Mr Nice Guy, and people have taken advantage of me. We have lived in the same block of Units close on four decades. We can vouch for the typical attitude of pretty much all owner occupiers, owner investors & renters.

They are all exteralizers, takers, think the building is a hotel. Been here long enough to notice that it is also getting worse. That started ramping up a decade ago.

We will still do everything & make sure all building maintenance is done properly. We have even had some owners try to fleece the building for substantial sums. They didn't realise how long our history of knowing what work had or had not been done over the decades. Also including work before we moved in.

I know we are idiots.

Bitterness is no good to anyone and only damages the person who feels it.

Seek some counselling, try to come to terms with your past and you will become a much happier person.

There is a medical condition called Dorian Gray Syndrome. Based on some of your posts, particularly the last one, I suspect you are aware of it. A mental health professional can assist you following a referral by your GP. You know how the story ends. It doesnt have to be that way. Good luck Dorian
