hanging up the tv in the van

Hi guys, we just acquired a Lotus Trackvan Extreme 2009/12.  Nice unit but we dont know where/how to hang the tv on the wall.  Seems to provisions to place it on bench top which i find not very suitable while using the kitchen.  We bought a swivel arm bracket but it seems very heavy compared to one in an earlier van we had (different brand van). The end wall of this kitchen seems very thin and we doubt if it would hold this heavy bracket let alone a tv as well.

Anyone on here familiar with this problem and has anyone get any advice how to safely hang it as I must have a tv     thanks JayJay

How Thin is very Thin? 25mm?

Saw an older model Tandem van with a Swivel Arm/Bracket that you could lock(withTV on) for travelling. Had a 3mm plate on both sides of the wall, painted to match the wall, from memory it was steel around 30cm x 30cm x 3mm thick and the arm was bolted centrally onto/thru the plate. You may need larger plates with additional floor to ceiling support.

Definitely choose the size of the TV with the weight/viewing distance in mind, some 24inch TV's are very light weight.
