Had the need to replace the lock in a Dometic door in the van.

The door is one of Dometic's "hourglass" style with the smoked glass

closure over insect mesh.

I took the van to  the Dometic "service" department fully expecting

them to service the failed lock - they only service Dometic branded

equipment. Had to make an appointment and leave the van for the day.

They supplied the barrel only with the comment - "We aren't locksmiths,

you'll have to take it to a locksmith"!

If you sell it you should service it.
