Carefree rollout awning top coach bolts Two at the top at either side Are they supposed to be tight ? As they dont appear to screw into anything substantial

Are you able to post a photo of them?

This may be a different awning to yours but the installation principle may be the same but in this case they use bolts right through the side wall.
