Recently I handled my own probate application, and in the past I've done my own conveyancing. However, I have always used authoritative references.

I did watch your entire video, but, as before, I consulted an authoritative source for confirmation. I would never rely on some random Youtuber, especially not someone who is flogging a book.

By the way, from now on there is no need for you to tell me that you are ignoring my posts. I'll just assume that is the case.

Whether I agree or disagree with the video content is immaterial. I would need to consult an authoritative source in either case.

As for conveyancing, I did this more than 30 years ago, on several occasions. If I recall correctly, one of the political parties produced a conveyancing kit which cost me $100. Today the legislation requires that I engage a professional service.

I dont ignore your posts. I am constantly dumbfounded by some of your subjects. People falling into toilets. Child predator tours. Oh, thirty years ago. Hmmm. That changes everything. Bottom line is, I posted a link to a guy who to me, presented credible and useful information. You didnt comment on his recommendations, you simply shot the messenger. Thats not contributing, its just taking pot shots.
