Replacing 12v on/off switch with a 240v pneumatic switch
(Preview)
Gday I want to replace the water pump 12v switch with an auto-off one. I've looked for a 12v auto-off switch, but to no avail. My question is would a 240v pneumatic switch (like you see in caravan park toilet blocks etc) work on the 12v positive? Thanks Glen

Old style 12 volt car radio.
(Preview)
I'm looking for the above. A simple AM/FM car radio. Do not need, or want, a radio that plays CDs, plus all the other unnecessary buttons, etc. I travel a lot more than the average GN, and only listen, when available, to the ABC. Regards. Pipes.

I hope someone might clarify something. I've heard that I shouldn't connect my motorhome power source to our house power source with a standard extension cord, without an adaptor, due to differences in amps (10amps in van, 15amps in house). Is this correct? If so, do I need one of these adaptors to plu...
